TAHNIAH MPM DAN UNITAR

Berikut adalah deklarasi MPM yang telah di sebarkan keseluruh Kampus PinTAR.

Dear Students,

We, from Majlis Perwakilan Mahasiswa have worked for the student’s welfare in Unitar and we have achieved a number of privileges for you, the students of Unitar. They are as stated below:-

1. Workstation
- We asked for upgrading of the PCs and the connection as well
- Results: All the old white PCs have already been changed to black Pentium 4 PCs and the connection has also improved better than before

2. Wireless
- We asked for Friendster, Facebook and Youtube access for the students
- Results: Friendster and Facebook can now be accessed through wireless, however Youtube is prohibited unfortunately

3. Toilets
- We asked for toilet maintenance
- Results: Toilets in CRM and the surau have been repaired, others are still in progress

4. Space
- We asked for space for the students to have activities besides the Student Lounge and Hall
- Results: the Old Student Affairs Department has been changed to Activity Room while Student Affairs has moved to the old Corporate Communication Office (End of Block B next to Bala’s Restaurant)

5. Classrooms
- We asked for improvement
- Results: Classrooms have been re-painted

6. Clubs and Societies
- We asked for lockers/drawers
- Results: Unitar provided 1 locker and 2 drawers

7. Lift / Wall
- We asked for maintenance of the lifts and walls
- Results: They re-painted the lifts and removed all the bad words on the walls of block B.

8. Improvement
- We had a meeting with Unitar’s President and Vice Chancellor to express problems faced by students in Unitar
- Results: the President and Vice Chancellor were made aware of the problems and they are taking actions on it

9. Kitchen
- We asked for maintenance to fix the drain clogs
- Results: They managed to extend the drain so that there are no more clogs


Finally, we are working on the students financial problems, PTPTN related issues and also academic matters.

Last but not least, all Unitar students are welcomed to put forward any difficulties or problems faced at anytime. Just look for any MPM members and inform us about it and we will shoulder it on your behalf.
